- Lead and embrace transformative initiatives within the nursing unit.
- Supervise departmental staff, collaborating with management to ensure continuous accountability and operational efficiency.
- Engage in the recruitment, orientation, and evaluation of nursing personnel, while also participating in direct patient care as necessary.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, departments, and medical staff to enhance teamwork and collaboration.
- Promote a Culture of Safety by adhering to established policies and procedures aimed at preventing workplace hazards and ensuring patient safety.
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program; BSN is mandatory.
- Possession of a valid Registered Nurse license in the State of Ohio.
- A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience is essential.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Proven ability to plan, organize, and manage patient care effectively, including oversight of nursing staff.
