About the Role

R1 RCM Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Performance Management/Standardization Lead to join our team. As a key member of our Performance Management group, you will play a critical role in driving operational excellence and financial performance across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and participate in the operational rhythm of the business, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to simplify processes, policies, and procedures, aligning them with changing business models and priorities.
  • Leverage your expertise in healthcare revenue cycle processes to drive accountability and prioritization of critical operational processes.
  • Use data to generate key insights, including variances to best practice, current maturity and performance, adoption levels, and pain points.
  • Ensure monitoring and controls are relevant and driving accountability across the organization.
  • Deliver analysis on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure transparency to performance metrics and tracking toward delivery of company financial commitments.
  • Provide ad hoc analysis to leadership to help articulate performance trends.
  • Develop process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation.
  • Participate in cross-functional collaboration discussions to drive KPI improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or other science-related field.
  • Proven ability to look at the world through the eyes of others and interpret business needs in a way that drives success.
  • Attention to detail, highly organized, and strong process-focused aptitude.
  • Possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to positively influence others.
  • Ability to think creatively, be analytically minded, objective, and independent.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and provide alternative business solutions.
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Outstanding time management skills and the ability to simultaneously manage multiple tasks while remaining self-directed.
