- Gain experience as an automotive technician across a diverse range of domestic and international vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns promptly and effectively.
- Adhere to and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to resolve challenges, meet objectives, and achieve outstanding results.
- A positive demeanor and a commitment to customer service.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive repair.
- Preferred Master Technician or A-level Technician status.
- Ability to diagnose and repair various makes and models of vehicles.
- Consistently meet or exceed performance goals.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career growth.
- Compensation up to $55 per flag hour.
- Occasionally lift and/or move items exceeding 50 pounds.
- Ability to work with tools on vehicles elevated above head level.
- Comfortable working in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Capable of standing or walking for the majority of the workday.
- Proficient in navigating a computer.
