Job Summary:

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a highly skilled Construction Inspector to join our Infrastructure team in Philadelphia, PA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for performing quality control construction observations for various highway roadway and bridge construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct quality control construction observations for highway roadway and bridge construction projects.
  • Monitor and track construction sequencing, cost, scheduling, and performance decisions.
  • Ensure proper document control, quality assurance documentation, and construction project records are maintained.
  • Assure quality and uniformity in the records of various contracts in the overall program.

Requirements:

  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to read, write, and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
  • Bridge construction (rehabilitation & new) experience is a plus.
