Roofing Inspector

We're seeking a skilled Roofing Inspector to join our team, responsible for evaluating and inspecting commercial roofing systems throughout the country.

• Conduct thorough inspections of commercial roofing systems to identify problems and challenges
• Complete accurate and detailed work-ups that communicate requirements to customers and sales teams
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in commercial roofing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth

• Minimum 3 years of commercial roofing experience and knowledge of commercial roofing systems
• Two years of roofing inspection experience
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the US (approximately 60% of time)
• Degree in Construction Management or equivalent work experience
• Ability to train other employees on the evaluation process

• Competitive starting salary between $50,000 and $70,000 (based on experience)
