Key Responsibilities

As a Website Launch Specialist, you will:

  • Arrange and conduct Client Onboarding / Strategy Meetings to discuss project plans and timelines.
  • Create schedules for clients with clear milestones and deadlines.
  • Assist with completing necessary setup documents and facilitating the actual 'Go Live' of the website.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess advanced email and phone skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is also required.
