The HR Assistant will report directly to the HR Manager and work collaboratively with the recruitment team to ensure seamless execution of the recruitment lifecycle. The successful candidate will possess exceptional organizational, analytical, and communication skills to drive results in this fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, coordinating job postings, and managing candidate pipelines, among others. Salary and Benefits:

Compensation for this position is competitive, with salaries ranging from $42,000 to $52,000 annually based on experience. The company also offers a bilingual salary differential, comprehensive health insurance, and flexible scheduling, as well as tuition reimbursement and 401(k) retirement plan matching. Additionally, eligible employees may participate in loan forgiveness programs.
