As the Quality Assurance and Training Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality garments and headwear to our clientele, in line with our commitment to exceed expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include refining the Lakeshirts Quality Framework, which consists of quality principles, benchmarks, methodologies, and tools aimed at maximizing customer satisfaction while minimizing costs associated with subpar quality. Furthermore, you will manage the creation, execution, and oversight of training programs and qualification processes for operational teams, ensuring that all personnel are equipped with the essential skills and qualifications to achieve organizational objectives.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, Day Shift. Flexibility to provide support via phone or email as necessary. Some travel may be required (
