Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:
The Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting our company's mission by providing efficient and safe delivery of our products and services, while representing the company in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customers and obtain proof of delivery
- Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with department leads and branches
- Load and unload the vehicle in a safe and efficient manner
- Adhere to all company safety policies and initiatives
- Maintain a high standard of driving performance and comply with all Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements
- Participate in company process improvement initiatives and provide coverage in areas with low staffing

- Willingness to give and receive constructive feedback and ability to work well in a team atmosphere

Job Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Maintain a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to meet and maintain qualifications as required by the DOT
- Class B CDL may be required
- Six months previous delivery or courier experience preferred
- Demonstrated computer skills and ability to lift 100 lbs
Work Environment & Physical Demands:

- Some: less than 1/3 of the time Kneeling, Crouching, Wet, Humid, Noise, Mechanical hazards, Electrical hazards, Fumes, Odors, Dusts, Mists, Gases, Poor ventilation
- Occasional: less than 1 time per week Crawling, Confined area, High places
