The Director of Nursing Home Health will spearhead the expansion of our client's clinical home health services, driving growth in private pay models while ensuring the highest quality of care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Home Health Services: Create and execute top-tier home health services, including cutting-edge private pay models.
  • Champion Quality Initiatives: Lead quality initiatives such as infection control, performance improvement, and patient satisfaction.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality Standards: Ensure clinical care delivery meets and exceeds quality standards and compliance regulations.
  • Oversee Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of both home health and private pay services, focusing on efficiency and exceptional care.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with teams across the organization to align on strategic goals and push the mission forward.
  • Lead and Mentor Staff: Lead, mentor, and support both clinical and non-clinical staff, fostering a culture of growth and development.
  • Serve Diverse Patient Populations: Serve diverse patient populations, ensuring Medicaid and private pay clients receive tailored, compassionate care.
  • Drive Growth and Expansion: Drive the growth of service offerings and explore new opportunities for expansion and funding.
  • Cultivate a Collaborative Work Environment: Cultivate an inclusive, collaborative work environment that values professional development and continuous improvement.
  • Participate in Strategic Planning: Participate in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance reporting to track progress and ensure transparency.
  • Represent the Organization: Represent the organization at community events and build partnerships that enhance the visibility of the Home Health Division.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required); Master's in Healthcare Administration or a related field (Preferred).
  • Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience in Home Health or a related field.
  • Licensing/Certifications: Unrestricted RN license in Arizona; CHHA certification (preferred but not required).
  • Skills & Abilities: Leadership, communication, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of home health regulations, trends, and service models.
