Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Audit Senior Manager to lead our audit engagements and contribute to the growth and success of our firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auditing, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of audit plans and strategies that address client risks and ensure compliance with relevant standards.
  • Lead and manage audit teams to deliver high-quality services and meet client expectations.
  • Identify and mitigate audit risks, and ensure that all audit procedures are performed in accordance with relevant standards.
  • Develop and implement effective audit strategies to address complex client issues.
  • Manage client relationships and communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of audit staff.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • At least 8 years of experience in auditing, with a strong background in Manufacturing & Distribution clients.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in relevant auditing software.
  • CPA certification required.
What We Offer

Abacus Group offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 - $250,000, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
