Baker Tilly US, LLP is seeking an experienced Audit Senior Manager to join our team. As a trusted business advisor, you will work closely with clients to deliver industry-focused audit and assurance services to middle market clients.

As a key member of the engagement team, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing various assurance and consulting services to industry-specific clients
  • Developing and implementing appropriate testing to assess deficiencies of internal controls and make recommendations for improvement
  • Managing all fieldwork to ensure quality service and timely delivery of results
  • Delivering business insight through thoughtful review, analysis, and discussion
  • Managing client engagement staffing, billings/collections, and ensuring client profitability targets are met

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting required, Master's or advanced degree desirable
  • CPA required
  • Eight (8)+ years' experience providing financial statement auditing services in a professional services firm desired
  • Five (5)+ years' of supervisory experience, mentoring and counseling associates desired

Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship is preferred.

For California, Colorado, New York, and Washington, the compensation range for this role is $119,070 to $252,370. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, and geographic location.
