The Role
We are seeking a skilled Operations Manager to oversee our client care coordinators and be the first point of contact for our customers. As an Operations Manager, you will be critical to the success of our company, ensuring that our clients' needs are met and any complaints are addressed and resolved. You will work with your team to ensure that all required information has been collected and passed on to any other teams involved in the project, and that any pictures and documentation are current and up to date.

Responsibilities
As an Operations Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing top-notch customer service to our customers
  • Ensuring that all personnel are compliant with program and company regulations
  • Finding and developing talent for your team
  • Making sure that the right people are in the appropriate roles
  • Ensuring that all required information has been collected and passed on to any other teams involved in the project
  • Ensuring that any pictures and documentation are current and up to date

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service and collections
  • 2+ years of account management experience
  • 2+ years in a management role
