Job Description
As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Your responsibilities will include:
  1. Reviewing and processing individual rights requests from consumers.
  2. Serving as the primary point of contact for Privacy Operations in the US.
  3. Managing stakeholder relationships and facilitating brand engagement for system optimization and integration.
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive One WBD Privacy integration.
  5. Onboarding processors and configuring workflows for major product launches.
  6. Developing training materials and implementing privacy initiatives across brands.
  7. Supporting product teams and lawyers in completing Article 30 assessments and other privacy evaluations.
  8. Managing inquiries received through external-facing privacy inboxes.
  9. Working closely with counsel, technology, and brands to resolve consumer-related escalations.
  10. Identifying process improvements and suggesting feature enhancements.
  11. Contributing to various privacy project activities, including user testing and training material creation.
  12. Creating metrics as needed and performing ad hoc compliance reviews.
  13. Proactively identifying privacy risks and proposing mitigations.
  14. Drafting processes, procedures, documents, presentations, and guidance as required.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Successful candidates will possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of data protection regulations. Additional desirable skills include:
  • Experience in data governance or regulatory affairs.
  • Familiarity with data transfer inventory assessments and Article 30 requirements.
  • Ability to create engaging training materials and present complex information effectively.

Benefits
