Job Title: Director of Medical Surgical Oncology

Confisa International Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Medical Surgical Oncology to lead our team of healthcare professionals. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for managing the financial and clinical operations of our medical surgical oncology department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the financial and clinical operations of the medical surgical oncology department
  • Recommend sufficient number of qualified competent persons to provide care
  • Participate in outside source selection for needed services
  • Work closely with the recruiting team to develop sourcing and hiring strategies
  • Integrate department services with the hospital's primary function
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that guide and support provision of services
  • Supervise nursing staff and assure staff competency
  • Continual assessment and improvement of department performance
  • Promote the Quality Management program of the facility
Requirements:
  • Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the State of Virginia as a registered nurse
  • American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) Health Care Provider
  • Five (5) years current nursing experience; two (2) years of management experience required
Additional Information:

Base Salary - USD $96,000 to $153,000
