We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team at US Oncology, Inc. in Sugarland, TX.
About the RoleThis is a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with a talented team of healthcare professionals who are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care. As a Senior Oncology Infusion Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals with cancer and blood disorders.
Responsibilities- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Administer medications and therapies under the direction of a physician.
- Assess patient needs and provide education and support to patients and families.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatments.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program with a BSN degree.
- Current RN state license and registration with the State Board of Nursing.
- Five years of experience in oncology infusion nursing.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
