Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team at Northstar Heating & Cooling. As a key member of our Service Department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our daily scheduling, coordinating service technicians, handling billing and administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily schedule for the Service Department
  • Handle service-related administrative tasks
  • Identify delays or issues and problem solve
  • Track progress of ongoing services
  • Monitor crew performance
  • Create invoices for service department
  • Collect payments
  • Serve as primary contact for service customers
  • Grow and maintain Comfort Club customer base

Requirements:

  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Task-oriented and organized
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to multitask and work independently
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
  • Proven administrative skills
  • Prior scheduling experience
  • Prior experience in project coordination preferred but not required
  • HVAC or trade industry experience preferred
