About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Williamson Health, where you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional patient care on our Cardiac Telemetry unit.

Job Summary

This position requires a highly motivated and compassionate nurse with excellent communication skills, who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Registered Nurse on our team, you will coordinate and implement comprehensive nursing care for patients facing cardiac issues, working collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure high-quality patient outcomes and adherence to protocols.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform comprehensive assessments on all patients within the appropriate time of admission, utilizing skills of observation, communication, and examination.
  • Plan individualized patient care, identifying problems/needs, nursing diagnosis, standards of care/practice, interventions consistent with identified problems, and attainable outcomes.
  • Function independently with treatments, procedures, and equipment, adhering to policy, procedure, and competency-based assessment.
  • Document accurately and timely, reassessing patient's condition, evaluating patient response, and modifying plan of care accordingly.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of a nursing diploma or degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Licensure in the State of Tennessee.
  • BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
  • Basic arrhythmia and ACLS certifications within six months of hire (depending on unit assignment).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work well under pressure, function dependently and independently, and be flexible in applying basic nursing knowledge to various settings.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary range for this position is $65,000-$85,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.
