Job Description: Warranty Claims Coordinator

PleasureLand RV Center seeks an organized and detail-oriented Warranty Claims Coordinator to manage warranty claims from submission to resolution. This full-time position requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and resolve delinquent and disputed claims with manufacturers.
  • Ensure timely submission and tracking of warranty claims across all locations.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors on warranty work orders to prevent delays.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors and customers.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in warranty or service writing is preferred but not required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of parts and inventory management.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Computer proficiency and excellent communication skills.
Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, based on experience. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, and long-term disability coverage, as well as paid holidays and profit-sharing opportunities.
