This position will work at our Corporate Office and is responsible for preparing and maintaining records for all 5 Mills Automotive Group Dealership Locations, submitting warranty claims to the factory and/or distributor, and then reconciling them accordingly. This position will include other clerical duties as assigned by management.

  • Verifies criteria required by factory or distributor.
  • Reconciles all warranty receivables with payments through the appropriate accounting schedule.
  • Follows up on payment of outstanding claims.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Management.
