Digital Marketing Analyst Position

About the Job:
We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Data Analytics Specialist to create, execute, and manage paid acquisition campaigns. The ideal candidate will analyze data to inform decisions across all acquisition channels and drive growth. To succeed in this role, you must stay up-to-date with industry innovations and trends.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaign performance to increase conversion rates, ROI, and revenue.
- Develop a deep understanding of media metrics and report, QA, and implement across performance marketing channels.
- Help manage and monitor budgets, bids, and pacing across multiple channels, including social and display.
- Support campaign performance reporting and analysis across traffic, engagement, conversion, and revenue metrics, and dimensions such as audience and creative.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make optimization recommendations (e.g., adjusting targeting, messaging, and creative).
- Assist in developing and executing communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals.
- Manage creative uploads and mapping across performance channels.
- Assist in conducting A/B tests and other experiments to improve campaign performance.
- Develop and manage digital prospecting and remarketing campaigns.
- Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic & own media channels.
- Identify and test new channels to continue to meet or exceed established critical metrics.
- Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies.
- Work closely with management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in SEO/digital marketing or 3 years' experience in data analytics related background.
- Outstanding customer service skills, in any industry.
- Strong understanding and knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights.
- Previous work experience in a quantitative marketing role managing strategy and execution on social, search, or other performance-oriented channels.
- In-platform execution experience setting up campaigns in Facebook ads manager, Google Ads, and Google AdWords.
- Deep understanding of data or data modeling and able to objectively identify insights for sharing with stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical skills to identify opportunities within complex data and where these can be operationalized.
- Proven track record of building and scaling acquisition campaigns with a strong focus on ROI.

- Strong project management skills.
- Critical thinker and creative.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including healthcare, dental, and paid time off.
