Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Approach and greet all customers in a friendly and professional manner
    • Use respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns
    • Relay information to shift or Operations Manager as necessary
  • Parking Services
    • Greet customers at service level parking and safely move vehicle to designated location
    • Thoroughly inspect and document vehicle for damages upon arrival to Valet Parking
    • Accurately track tickets and car keys
    • Perform general cashier duties
    • Act as flagger or traffic director
  • Qualifications
    • One year of similar experience preferred
    • Must be 18 Years of Age or Older
    • Must have Valid Driver's License and Pass MVR
    • Must be able to drive manual shift vehicles
