Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our local and regional management teams, manage our regional calendar, and facilitate coordination of domestic and international travel and accommodations.
Key Responsibilities- Organize and support local and regional management meetings, including logistics, agenda development, meeting minutes, and action item follow-up.
- Manage the regional calendar for sales and customer events, management meetings, sales conventions, and tradeshows.
- Facilitate coordination of domestic and international travel and accommodations with internal and external resources.
- Maintain accurate records, files, and databases on TEAMS and shared folders for sales activities and projects.
- Follow up with senior leadership on monthly reports and ensure teams follow guidelines for accurate and timely completion.
- Provide administrative support on the annual budget and forecasting process.
- Support special or strategic projects and initiatives by assisting managers in monitoring project timelines, deliverable follow-up, and presentation and document preparation.
- Assist with the development and implementation of strategic projects supporting metric tracking, data management, and other key performance indicators.
- Support the design, planning, implementation, and communication of employee engagement strategies, activities, and action plans to increase employee engagement and connection to the company culture.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in a project management or sales administration role.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
