Health Insurance Account Manager

As a Health Insurance Account Manager at World Insurance Associates LLC, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our multinational clients. This role offers a tremendous opportunity to join a dynamic team in a growing organization, working with diverse global organizations.
Responsibilities- Support the account management team in resolving day-to-day customer inquiries and escalate issues related to eligibility and member claims
- Develop and leverage knowledge of customer needs and issues to deliver world-class service to our clients
- Maintain accurate customer files and records for general reference and office use
- Assist the account management team in managing the end-to-end process for customer interactions as well as carrier relationships for day-to-day customer issue resolution
- Keep management informed of customer or carrier issues
- Participate in weekly client meetings
- Support the annual Open Enrollment process
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year of experience in health insurance or employee benefits industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as sales negotiation skills.
- Life & Health License (preferred)
- Must be proficient with MS Office: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Self-motivated and driven. Maintain a sense of urgency and ability to work with and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrate effective written and verbal communication, including the ability actively listen, and problem solve with minimal assistance.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize, work independently, and use discretion surrounding sensitive information.
- Ability to maintain a professional demeanor and positive attitude
$55,000 - $65,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, World Insurance Associates LLC offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid time off.
