Role Summary:

We are in search of a full-time SIU Operations Manager (REMOTE) to become an integral part of our organization. This role entails supervising a group of SIU coordinators, orchestrating, managing, and overseeing the tasks assigned to our field investigators. The SIU Operations Manager is responsible for reviewing and refining written documentation and audio recordings to guarantee precision and quality. This position also involves liaising with clients, generating invoices, tracking expenses, and identifying opportunities to promote additional services to clients. Furthermore, the manager will mentor new coordinators and collaborate with various departments, including sales and operations, to provide comprehensive updates on case files.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of SIU coordinators - manage, organize, and oversee the assignments of our field investigators, ensuring thorough documentation of findings and preparation of summary reports.
  • Review and refine written reports and audio recordings to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy.
  • Engage with clients, generate invoices, oversee financial aspects, and identify opportunities for cross-selling additional services.
  • Mentor new coordinators and work closely with other departments, including sales and operations, to ensure timely updates on case files.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Legal Studies, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years in managing, investigating, or adjusting claims related to liability, property casualty, disability, or workers' compensation
  • Skills: Strong attention to detail, ability to think quickly, research proficiency, and leadership capabilities
  • Preferred: Bilingual in Spanish and English
