Job Overview

Empower Behavioral Health LLC is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our clinical staff, you will work closely with patients and their families to provide individualized care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide 1:1 therapy sessions to patients in a clinic-based setting
  • Collaborate with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Track and record patient progress through Catalyst and Central Reach
  • Assist with creating a safe and supportive environment for patients

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience working with children between 18 months and 12 years old
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and respond quickly to patient needs
  • Willingness to be trained on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
