As a member of our Behavioral Health team, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our patients and their families.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour primary responsibilities will include:
- Developing and maintaining positive relationships with patients and families to facilitate effective care;
- Participating in patient care planning and implementation, including developing individualized treatment plans and implementing behavioral interventions;
- Providing education and support to patients and families on mental health topics and coping strategies;
You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $18.12 - $23.55 per hour, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision coverage.
