About the Department:
The Pediatric Pharmacy Services department at Intermountain Health is a dynamic and collaborative team that is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement effective medication management strategies for pediatric patients
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient care and outcomes
• Provide expert guidance on medication use and safety
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient experience and outcomes

Requirements:
• Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited institution
• Current licensure to practice pharmacy in the state of Utah
• Strong knowledge of pediatric pharmacology and therapeutics
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working in a pediatric hospital setting
• Certification in a relevant area, such as pediatric pharmacy or critical care pharmacy
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
