We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond, a state-of-the-art facility providing long-term and short-term care in St. James, NY.

Job Summary:

The LPN Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and health details.
  • Administer medications and injections as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
  • Treat and dress wounds and bedsores, promoting patient well-being and dignity.
  • Supervise CNAs, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent patient care.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, such as bathing and dressing.
  • Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output, maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
  • Valid NY State LPN license.
  • Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
