Luxor Nursing and Rehabilitation at Mills Pond is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work in our Skilled Nursing Facility in St. James, NY.
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for night shifts. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, supervising Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and ensuring the smooth operation of our nursing unit.
Responsibilities- Collect and record patient information, including vital signs and temperature.
- Administer medications and injections as needed.
- Treat and dress wounds and bedsores.
- Supervise CNAs and ensure they are providing excellent patient care.
- Monitor patient food and liquid intake and output.
- Valid NY State LPN license.
- Must be in good standing with the State Registry.
- Ability to work as a team member.
