Kiln Operator

We are seeking a skilled Kiln Operator to join our team at Wise Staffing Group. As a Kiln Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to transport glaze to and from the glaze lines, following operating procedures, and maintaining a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Operate forklifts to transport glaze to and from the glaze lines
• Follow operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
• Perform other related duties as required
• Assist in inventory control and perform various tests to ensure quality standards are met

• Previous manufacturing/production experience
• Basic math skills, organization skills, detail oriented, and safety conscious
• Accurate measuring and record keeping skills
• Ability to climb or balance and specific vision abilities required by this position
