Kiln Operator

Wise Staffing Group is seeking a skilled Kiln Operator to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our kiln equipment to ensure high-quality products.

• Operate forklifts to transport glaze to and from the glaze lines, ensuring efficient and safe material handling.
• Follow established operating procedures to maintain equipment and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
• Monitor and maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to company standards.
• Assist in inventory control and perform various tests to ensure quality standards are met.
• Collaborate with the production team to achieve production goals and objectives.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience, with a focus on industrial equipment operation.
• Basic math skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Accurate measuring and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to climb, balance, and work at heights.
• Specific vision abilities, including peripheral vision and ability to adjust focus.

The associate will be regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and will be required to stand, use hands, and reach with hands and arms. Steel-toed boots and safety glasses are required.
