Requirements
  • 18+ months retail team member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
  • Physical ability to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a dynamic environment.
