Job Opportunity: Managing Partner

Modern Woodmen of America is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Managing Partner to lead our team in the Mays Region. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing and mentoring a team of financial representatives, and contributing to the overall success of our company.

The Managing Partner will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting, training, and developing a team of financial representatives
  • Driving business growth and revenue expansion
  • Developing and implementing business strategies to achieve company goals
  • Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
  • Collaborating with other team members to achieve company objectives

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) certification and a Series 26 (or 24) License
  • Experience in financial services, preferably in a leadership or management role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong track record of business development and revenue growth
  • A passion for building and leading a team
