Donations Attendant Coordinator

Goodwill Industries of Southeastern Michigan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Donations Attendant. In this role, you will play a vital part in providing exceptional service to donors, ensuring a seamless experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and assisting donors, providing support and guidance throughout the donation process.
• Receiving and processing donations, ensuring accurate and efficient handling of items.
• Maintaining a clean and organized donation area, adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Tracking and reporting donor interactions, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work a varied schedule, including weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
• Valid forklift license and ability to operate manual lifts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for extended periods.
