Donations Attendant

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Donations Attendant. As a key member of our donation center team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to donors, while ensuring that donated items are processed efficiently and effectively.

• Greets donors and provides a warm welcome to our donation center
• Assists donors in unloading and sorting donated items
• Ensures that donated items are properly processed and prepared for sale
• Provides exceptional customer service to donors, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Works collaboratively with other team members to maintain a clean and organized donation center
• May be required to operate a forklift or manual lifts to move donated items

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Ability to work weekdays, evenings, and weekends, with flexibility to adapt to changing schedules
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and stand for long periods
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
