Key Responsibilities:
• Offer technical direction and training to implementation teams.
• Ensure adherence to the highest standards and principles during implementations.
• Provide insights to technical management and business sectors on crucial architectural choices regarding platforms and supporting technologies.
• Develop technical architectures that are scalable, maintainable, reliable, secure, and fulfill performance criteria.
• Act as a representative of the Information Technology team, collaborating across the organization to deliver technical solutions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
• Possession of CISSP or an equivalent technical certification.
• Experience in enterprise security architecture within a complex, multi-platform distributed environment.
• Extensive knowledge of On-Premises/Private and Public Cloud network, identity, and application security services.
• Familiarity with security methodologies and solutions, including DLP, Encryption, Key Management, Fine Grained Access Control, Audit Trail, Detection, CASB, Micro-segmentation, Cybersecurity Mesh, and Secure Access Service Edge (SASE).
• Understanding of industry security standards and the Cybersecurity Framework (CSF).
• Knowledge of cloud security principles and solutions, including native cloud provider security, Office 365 security, and Cloud Security Posture Management (CPSM).
• Specific experience in securing Microsoft Azure hosted services.
• Proficiency with Identity Management Solutions and leading market products.
• Experience in architecting and implementing network security and Quality of Service (QoS) technologies.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including negotiation, facilitation, and consensus-building abilities; capacity to influence and persuade without direct authority.
• A strong desire to drive change and the ability to adapt swiftly to evolving circumstances. Recognized as a thought leader.
