    • Managing service-related feedback and ensuring residents' concerns are addressed
    • Evaluating feedback and identifying potential service gaps for improvement
  • Lead in regional community operations team in assigned areas, including:
    • Ensuring the department is appropriately resourced to carry out its mission
    • Developing team members to enhance their skills and harness their potential
    • Integrating the team with other departments and divisions

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline, with at least 7 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Able to think critically and strategically, with strong conceptual and analytical abilities
  • Strong planning, project management, and organizational skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Experience in strategic planning and/or program development would be advantageous
