The Role of a Cashier

As a Cashier, you play a crucial role in Burlington's success. You are the final point of contact for our customers, entrusted with the important task of leaving them with a positive and memorable shopping experience.

By consistently maintaining a cheerful and professional demeanor, you will deliver exceptional customer service that meets all customer needs while ensuring a swift and efficient checkout process. Our cashiers are vital in helping us create a world-class shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Accurately and efficiently process transactions at the register.
  • Handle layaways, returns, and exchanges with care.
  • Assist with other tasks as assigned by management as needed.

Candidates should be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
