Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, including furniture and interior design
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, providing insights to the sales team

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales environment, preferably in the furniture or home decor industry
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally, and demonstrate furniture assembly and maneuvering skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays
