About the Leadership Development Manager Role

The Leadership Development Manager will be responsible for designing, refining, and sustaining a range of internal leadership development programs and initiatives. The role will focus on delivering a high-quality, high-impact experience for our leaders and nurturing a learning culture that aligns with our core values. Key responsibilities include program design, vendor selection, content creation and facilitation, enrollment strategy, marketing and communications planning, logistics management, program evaluation, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Leadership Development Specialists, prioritizing their growth and well-being.
  • Develop custom programs to equip sales leaders with the competencies, knowledge, and skills necessary to effectively lead and drive exceptional performance within their sales teams.
  • Design and implement engaging and comprehensive learning opportunities, including live instruction, on-demand coursework, playbook creation, and customized coaching sessions.
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify specific training requirements and developmental needs of sales leaders within the global sales organization.
  • Drive the implementation of sales leadership mentoring programs, facilitating connections between experienced leaders and emerging talents.
  • Continuously update and improve programs based on industry trends and feedback from participants.
  • Ensure adoption and retention of enablement programs and learning modules, and measure their effectiveness.
Requirements
  • Solid experience in a Sales Manager or Leadership role in a high-performing B2B SaaS organization, managing a full sales cycle team.
  • Sales Enablement experience in a high-performing B2B SaaS organization.
  • Skilled sales coach with 1:1 and group training experience in a fast-growing B2B SaaS remote-first environment.
  • Exceptional professional demeanor and executive presence, projecting confidence, credibility, creativity, and authority in all interactions.
  • Able to thrive in both independent and collaborative work environments.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and make them engaging.
  • Strong project management skills, demonstrated by effectively balancing organizational and functional priorities against established deadlines.

The salary for this position is $70,000.00, paid annually, and may include a variable bonus component.
