Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Practice Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the practice, including financial management, human resources, and client relations. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role and contribute to the growth and success of our practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive revenue growth and profitability through effective financial management and business development strategies
  • Manage expenses, including labor, facility costs, and supplies, to ensure optimal resource allocation
  • Develop and implement effective human resources strategies to attract, retain, and engage top talent
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, veterinarians, and other stakeholders to ensure exceptional client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Collaborate with the Regional Director of Operations and Managing Doctor to develop and implement business plans, goals, and objectives
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; previous management experience in a veterinary practice or related field preferred
  • Strong business acumen, leadership skills, and ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, staff, and stakeholders
  • Ability to lift patients and carry equipment up to 25 pounds, with assistance for heavier loads
  • Computer skills, including MS Office applications, and ability to learn new software and systems
