We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our team in the Pediatric Therapy department. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a pediatric population, from infant through adolescence/young adulthood, and provide specialized care tailored to each child's unique needs.

About the Role:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with various diagnoses, including neurological, sensorimotor, musculoskeletal disorders/delays, complex medical conditions, and trauma. Utilize knowledge of typical development and age-appropriate services to deliver high-quality patient care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulatory guidelines, including participation in Total Quality Management.
  • Built strong relationships within the department, hospital, and community, while interacting professionally with physicians, families, and personnel.
  • Supervise and direct assistive personnel, providing input into their performance evaluations.
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as requested.

Requirements and Qualifications:

A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent experience is required. Current Arizona licensure as a Physical Therapist is necessary, along with CPR certification and other certifications deemed necessary by the department.

Compensation and Benefits:

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $63,849 - $98,932 per year. We offer a comprehensive benefits package to support the well-being of our employees, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
