The Business Transformation Systems Lead will play a pivotal role in connecting information across the enterprise, leveraging current and future technology solutions to ensure seamless integration of applications and data across the business for internal and external customers. This role will work closely with all departments, including marketing, sales, engineering, finance, and operations, to design and implement holistic business solutions that improve data integrity, processes through automation, error handling, and defined interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and consolidate data warehouses to enable advanced queries and analytics.
- Interface related applications and automate application tasks to simplify data capture and standardize data across multiple platforms.
- Provide technical documentation for solutions and communicate with business analysts to implement functional requirements.
- Coordinate software system installations and monitor performance to ensure optimal results.
- Build middleware solutions for integration, data extraction, transformation, and loading to drive business growth and efficiency.
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of overall IT experience, with a focus on business transformation and integration.
- Experience with Salesforce and Salesforce Integration is a plus.
- Familiarity with multiple ETL tools, web services, XML, and relational databases.
- Strong SQL and report writing/maintenance skills are required.
