POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for crafting drink orders for patrons following precise recipes and utilizing measurement techniques. Your duties will include opening and serving wine and champagne bottles, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and preparing fresh garnishes for beverages. You will also be tasked with stocking essential supplies such as ice, glassware, and paper products, as well as transporting items to the bar setup area.

In addition, you will wash used glassware, manage the removal of soiled items from the bar and tables, and anticipate replenishment needs. You will handle various payment methods, balance your cash drawer at the end of your shift, complete required cashier reports, and resolve any discrepancies. Security of liquor, beer, wine, coolers, cabinets, and storage areas will also be part of your responsibilities, along with completing closing tasks.

Adherence to all company policies and safety protocols is essential; you will report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to your supervisor and complete necessary safety training. Maintaining a professional appearance and confidentiality of proprietary information is crucial, as is welcoming and acknowledging all guests in accordance with company standards. You will be expected to anticipate and address guest service needs while expressing genuine appreciation.

Building and maintaining positive relationships with colleagues is vital, as is supporting the team in achieving common objectives. You will ensure compliance with quality expectations and standards, and you may be required to read and verify information in various formats. Physical demands include standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods, lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds, and navigating through various spaces.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification: None required.
