The Graduate Nurse Rotational Program (GNRP)

This program provides new graduates with a comprehensive introduction to nursing practice, including clinical rotations, mentorship, and training. You'll work alongside experienced nurses, developing your skills and knowledge in a supportive and inclusive environment.

What's next?

  • Gain hands-on experience in multiple specialties, including Cardiac/Neuro, Ortho Surgery, and Acute Rehab
  • Develop your leadership skills and become a confident and competent nurse

Eligibility

To be eligible for the GNRP, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) or equivalent
  • Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Registered Professional Nurse (RPN)
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain Act 34 clearance
