Program Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Program Development Specialist to join our team. As a specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs that meet the needs of children and youth. With a focus on delivering high-quality services, you will work closely with our team to plan, coordinate, and conduct activities that promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of program participants.
About the Role
This is a Flex position with no hour minimum workweek and not eligible for benefits. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and possess excellent organizational skills. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement programs that meet the needs of children and youth
- Establish a positive and engaging program environment
- Prepare, arrange, and maintain indoor and outdoor activity areas and materials
Requirements
- High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required
- Ability to communicate in English, both orally and in writing
