We are seeking a skilled Precision Die Cutter Specialist to join our team at Peachtree Packaging & Display.

About the Role

This is a dynamic position that requires a high degree of technical proficiency and attention to detail. As a Precision Die Cutter Specialist, you will be responsible for operating complex die-cut equipment to produce precision cutting dies. If you have experience with platen die cutters, corrugated board, or manufacturing machinery, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Operate platen die cutters to produce precision cutting dies
  • Maintain and troubleshoot die-cut equipment
  • Read job tickets to determine setup specifications and instructions
  • Monitor machine operations to detect malfunctions and make adjustments as needed
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks during press runs
  • Keep accurate records of daily production
  • Train workers to set up, operate, and use machines
  • Coordinate efforts with other team members to provide assistance when needed
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience operating platen die cutters or equivalent experience
  • Knowledge of manufacturing machinery, including stackers, pressers, corrugating, folders, cutters, and gluers
  • Possess good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and comprehend basic instructions
  • Ability to perform basic mathematics, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
  • Demonstrated mechanical aptitude through prior work experience
