Fabrication Specialist

Award-winning Automation Personnel Services is seeking a skilled Fabrication Specialist to join our team in Lawrenceville, Georgia.

$22.00 per hour, plus benefits including weekly pay, 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental, vision, short-term disability and life insurance.

This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing piping systems that carry liquids, gases, and other materials. As a key member of our team, you will work with various materials, such as steel, copper, and plastic, to ensure these systems are functioning smoothly and efficiently.

• Install and assemble piping systems according to blueprints and technical drawings.
• Measure and cut pipes to size using specialized tools like pipe cutters and threading machines.
• Conduct pressure tests, leak checks, and visual inspections of installed pipes and systems.
• Perform routine maintenance on piping systems to prevent breakdowns.

• Prior experience in related field required.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Proficiency in pipefitting techniques, welding, and cutting essential.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
