As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will work closely with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure the highest level of care.

Responsibilities:
  • Lift, turn, move, position, and transport patients with care and precision.
  • Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
  • Accurately document patient care and progress.
  • Respond promptly to call lights and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • You must be currently registered/licensed in your applicable state and maintain an active license throughout employment.
  • Prior geriatric nursing experience is preferred but not necessary.
  • CPR certification is mandatory upon hire.
